1. Scope of Home Improvement Services
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any services offered through jacuzzibath.pro, clients agree to adhere strictly to the terms set forth herein. All home improvement, structural refinishing, hydrotherapy spa maintenance, plumbing restorations, door fitting, solar setup, and electrical upgrades provided by our technical team are executed in accordance with technical protocols and local building safety codes. We reserve the full right to evaluate site conditions, structural stability, and safety prerequisites prior to commencing any physical site operation. Clients must ensure that all relevant residential or commercial premises are fully accessible, unobstructed, and compliant with municipal environmental guidelines during the active period of performance. Any modifications, scope adjustments, or additional service requests communicated during execution must be formalized in written agreement before work proceeds. Failure to provide unobstructed access or accurate pre-inspection structural details may result in project delays or revised cost estimations.
2. Quotation Estimates and Pricing Commitments
All financial quotes, cost estimates, and promotional package pricing supplied through jacuzzibath.pro are calculated based upon accurate client-submitted data and physical site assessments. Official quotations remain valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Prices quoted reflect current material costs, labor hours, equipment deployment, and specialized surface treatment chemicals required for project completion. If unforeseen structural defects, concealed subfloor rot, defective concealed plumbing, or hazardous wiring are discovered during execution, our team will halt work and present an updated, itemized addendum for client review. Execution will resume only upon mutual written confirmation of adjusted terms. All listed rates are exclusive of applicable local taxation unless clearly itemized within the formal estimate invoice provided by our accounting office.
3. Payment Terms and Invoicing Schedule
To initiate project engineering, material mobilization, and scheduling on jacuzzibath.pro, clients agree to fulfill designated milestone payments. Standard contract terms require an initial mobilization deposit upon agreement signature, followed by interim progress disbursements tied to verifiable work milestones, and a final settlement balance due upon total project completion and client sign-off. Payments must be processed through authorized bank transfers, official digital payment gateways, or certified corporate instruments. Late payments exceeding 7 calendar days from invoice issuance date shall accrue standard administrative interest fees until resolved. We retain the right to suspend ongoing site operations, withhold warranty certifications, or delay physical handover if milestone obligations remain outstanding beyond agreed schedule parameters. Title to specialized equipment and uninstalled materials remains with our firm until final invoice balances are settled in full.
4. Client Responsibilities and Site Preparation
Clients engaging jacuzzibath.pro are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and uninterrupted physical access to all target areas, including bathrooms, roof terraces, interior living zones, and electrical distribution panels. The client must supply continuous water and electrical utility access required for equipment operation throughout the active service period. Furthermore, clients are required to secure valuable personal belongings, delicate furnishings, and domestic pets away from active construction or refinishing zones. Our technical personnel will take comprehensive precautions, including plastic masking and protective drop cloths, but cannot be held liable for pre-existing surface cracks, untidy work zones outside contracted parameters, or unremoved personal items left within active work areas. Any structural modifications performed by uncertified personnel during our service period will immediately void active site obligations.
5. Warranty Coverage and Maintenance Guidelines
Services performed under jacuzzibath.pro are backed by specific quality warranties covering workmanship and material integrity. Bath reglazing, acrylic tub refinishing, waterproofing barriers, and structural fittings carry defined multi-year warranty guarantees detailing coverage against peeling, cracking, or material failure caused directly by defective application. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from abrasive chemical cleaners, impact force from dropped heavy objects, normal surface wear, improper user maintenance, structural shifting of building foundations, or unauthorized third-party alterations. To maintain active warranty coverage, clients must strictly observe recommended curing periods, cleaning instructions, and routine maintenance protocols provided upon project completion. Warranty claims must be logged promptly in writing with supporting photographic documentation for field evaluation.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule confirmed service appointments on jacuzzibath.pro by providing formal written notification at least 48 hours prior to scheduled site mobilization. Cancellations received prior to this period are eligible for full deposit refunds, minus minimal administrative or custom material procurement costs already incurred. In cases where cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before scheduled team dispatch, a standard mobilization fee will be deducted from refunded deposits to cover technician allocation and logistics costs. In the event of emergency service calls or custom-ordered non-returnable materials, deposit fees are strictly non-refundable. If our team is forced to reschedule due to extreme weather, safety hazards, or emergency circumstances, clients will be offered immediate priority rescheduling options without additional administrative penalty.
7. Limitation of Liability and Safety Protocols
Under no circumstances shall jacuzzibath.pro, its directors, employees, or contracted technicians be held liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from site access delays, pre-existing structural weakness, hidden architectural faults, or external utility supply failures. Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim arising from contracted services shall strictly not exceed the total cash fee actually paid by the client for the specific service under dispute. All chemical applications, high-pressure plumbing routines, and electrical connections adhere to stringent safety standards. Clients and unauthorized occupants must remain clear of designated active work areas while industrial machinery or specialized resin coatings are being applied to prevent accidental exposure to odors, dust particles, or wet chemical compounds.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the statutory laws of the jurisdiction in which our primary operational headquarters is located in Patiala, Punjab. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to services rendered by jacuzzibath.pro, including contractual validity, performance, or fee disputes, shall first be subjected to good-faith informal mediation between both parties. If mediation fails to yield a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by a single designated arbitrator under regional judicial rules. Both parties agree that any legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in local courts having jurisdiction over Patiala, Punjab, and waive any objections based on improper venue or inconvenient forum.
